FAQs

When used correctly, Yes! Affirmations definitely work! But they often feel inauthentic if you don’t believe them. Saying “I am healthy” or “I am wealthy” might ring hollow when your reality disagrees, creating a mental block. That’s why releasing negative emotions FIRST then asking “Why?” questions before adding positive affirmations REALLY shifts things—it sidesteps resistance by nudging your mind to spot existing positives. Our affirmation audios blend both affirmations and afformations to overcome this resistance, guiding you smoothly into the healing, positivity, and empowerment that affirmations promise.
Affirmations work by reprogramming the subconscious mind. Through consistent repetition, they help shift beliefs and thought patterns, influencing behaviours and outcomes. This process can lead to reduced anxiety and healing time, increased self-esteem, and a more optimistic outlook.
While there are no strict rules, I suggest listening to your affirmations daily or ideally at night as you doze off to sleep.
Listening to healing affirmations, especially as you drift off to sleep, bypasses the conscious mind and directly accesses the subconscious. In this relaxed state, the subconscious is more open to suggestion, allowing the affirmations to sink in more deeply and effectively. This method mirrors the natural way we absorbed information as children, making it the ideal way to reprogramme old, limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones.
Saying “I am healthy” might not lift anxiety or depression if it feels like a stretch, sometimes even adding frustration. Asking “Why is my body healing so beautifully?” can gently redirect your focus to what’s working, offering a subtle boost. It’s not a cure, but our affirmation audios combine affirmations and afformations to ease that resistance, helping you step into healing, positivity, and empowerment that can lighten emotional weight over time.
